Cos. Say China Blocked Vitamin C Antitrust Suit Compliance – Law360 (subscription)

Law360, New York (April 17, 2015, 7:04 PM ET) — Two Chinese companies urged a New York federal judge Friday to deny a bid by a group of U.S. businesses to sanction them for refusing to turn over financial documents in a vitamin C price-fixing suit, saying the Chinese government has prohibited them from doing so.
